If you add a link to the last word in your paragraph (quite common I'd imagine if you're in the middle of typing a sentence), the insertion annotation behaviour makes any text typed after the link part of that link - which in most cases is not what you meant to do.

Insertion annotations make sense for text style annotations, but not link annotations. This is what Google Docs & LibreOffice do aswell.

This is a regression - it used to be that there were two types of annotations - one (bold/italics/etc.) would pre-annotate over word breaks, and the other wouldn't. I believe that the code to do this used to sit in CE - has it been removed, or is it not working somehow?
