You'll see something like ]My text[1 (this rendering seems wrong) * Edit the article in VE. The non-contiguous reference causes problems: ** The phantom is rendered wrongly so it's not visible ** When you select the reference, the selection looks really strange Should we wrap things in a <bidi> tag or whatever to ensure better rendering?
This is a CSS fix in the Cite extension. https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/61634/ As Krinkle suggested, I'm fixing a small detail again (position 'top') but updating the Cite extension should fix this problem. I'll link the new correction to this bug and submit the fix shortly.
