Right now we don't have any parser tests that involve Tidy.

To avoid false positives we currently set Tidy to false in the setup() of the phpunit/parser test suite class.

We can introduce a parsertest.txt option to toggle tidy for specific tests. These tests would be skipped if the global (outside phpunit context) wgUseTidy is disabled since we can only run them if Tidy is installed and configured.
