I have latest version of MW and latest version of RSS Extension and I get this error.

Fatal error: Class 'HttpRequest' not found in /.../httpdocs/extensions/RSS/RSSParser.php on line 288

I updated and fixed that in version 2.20, 2013-03-03, so if you use the latest version, it will definitely work
