Broken ganglia-monitor install prevents further puppet runs.

Worked around by doing an 'apt-get purge ganglia-monitor', which allows further runs to complete (including reinstallation of ganglia-monitor).

Even just a 'service ganglia-monitor stop' works around it, which makes me think there must be a pretty easy fix for this.
