A second (optional) parameter s should be added on top of t to the survival metric to limit the measurement of survival to the [t, t+s] interval, instead of the current [t, NOW].

This is useful to apply the metric consistently to users who may have registered at very different times.

This bug has been made invalid through the transition to Wikimetrics.  Since User Metrics is no longer actively maintained, I will mark these old bugs as Invalid.
