Isn't no deprecated in favor of nb? Even though they're both the same

	'nb' => "norsk bokmål",		# Norwegian (Bokmal)
	'no' => "norsk bokmål",		# Norwegian (falls back to nb).

Wikidata is a recent wiki so it has no problems; other wikis may need to move some subpages.

It was manually created before the extension was in use there. I've deleted it.
