This only seems to effect beta:
Going to https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page?action=history doesn't show the history...

Assigning low priority -- per Luis: "Because of the nature of main page (mostly factual, not very high copyright protection) I'm OK with the deprioritization".  Let's try to get to this within the next 2-3 months.
