Please add an option to mark the second ID as optional so there is no longer the star (pointing obligatory).
Could you specify which "second ID" you refer to, please?
At the campaign-configuration you can specify a second identifier similar to the first one, url-parameter is 'id2'. In some cases the second identifier should be optional, ie: WLPA-object can be simultaneity protected or not. We offer a prefilled link with either one ID (the WLPA-ID) or two of them (the listed object-ID). At the first case the second identifier is marked as required (red star), but it doesn't act so (you can still upload without it). So in my opinion the best way would be: add a checkbox to Special:UploadCampaign labeld like 'second ID optional'. If checked remove red star and let the field act as an optional field, if unchecked show the red star and let the field act like a required field. With the new campaigns, this is now configurable.
