Hello! There are many issues about /examine and /test in the Abusefilter extension at Thai Wikipedia.

1) It shows Wikidata changes in both /test and /examine. Surely, Abusefilter can't prevent edits at Wikidata from local (Wikipedia) sites. So these changes shouldn't be listed.

2) Both /examine and /test don't show upload entry, while they show account creation and move entry normally. The actual abusefilter can detect and prevent upload action, though. It seems that this bug is like [[18096]].

3) I don't know if there is a way to access text in file page (that is description and license info) from action=upload. There's one who mentioned this feature in [[18096]] but I don't know whether it have implemented.
