In release 1.21.0 (tarball MD5 bbe80b6299ced434aa99acb8866f1886):

Special:Version reports that this release is 1.21.0rc5 (as opposed to the final, stable release of 1.21.0).

Hello, I'm just pointing out that I had already submitted a fix in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/65481/ from the 25th, which is yet to be reviewed and merged.

["patch-need-review" keyword is meant for patches in Bugzilla itself]
