Description Peter Bruin 2013-05-31 02:39:24 UTC
When using auto authentication and setting wgLDAPUpdateLDAP the user can not update the password as the user id does not match the user id stored in the ldap domain. This is caused by mediawiki munging the userid before storing it.

This is the log entry:

The username provided (Peterbruin) doesn't match the username provided by the webserver (peterbruin). The user is probably trying to log in to the auto-authentication domain with password authentication via the wiki. Denying access.
