Wikistats fails to detect most redirects on Indonesian Wikipedia

cause: localized keyword #ALIH had not been collected from Indonesian message php file

Steps to reproduce:

run WikiCounts.pl for Indonesian Wikipedia

examine log:

it says "Use for redirect regexp '(?: pengguna atau ID revisi|#REDIRECT)'"
(first is a text comment found on line with also contains redirect

it should say "Use for redirect regexp '(?:#ALIH|#REDIRECT)'"

result: most redirects are treated as normal pages, which doubles article count and raises editor counts.
