User pages and subpages are not crawled by search engine robots due to
<meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow" />

If they are deleted they will appear in search engines as the "noindex" tag is missing.

Example:
http://www.google.de/#q=thgoiter+site:de.wikipedia.org
(top 4 search results are deleted user subpages)

Might <meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow" /> be included in deleted user pages and subpages?
