Not sure why this was filed in Bugzilla, sounds like on-wiki to me (nothing that requires shell access etc). You can talk to anybody on the specific wiki who can update/set up that template. Closing as INVALID here, but please reopen if I misunderstand something.
André, honestly, I was unsure _where_ to file that, because I have no contacts to de-wikipedia site staff (except the development-related issues). this is why I decided to file it here in the site-specific bugzilla. Please can you let me know - or forward a link to this bugzilla to whom it may concern - where I could directly post my request, so that my proposal is treated and discussed correctly (I really do _not_ know).
