We need a separate component for interface of labsconsole, because there are too many bugs for it, and it's hard to filter them out

Component description "The wiki at wikitech itself" makes it not clear at all that this is only meant for user interface issues, plus not sure why this is called "wikitech-interface" instead of e.g. "Wikitech Interface"...
