Given that the user will get a popup to switch back easily, and that changing the language (afaict) is just an annoyance for the user, I'm not convinced.

I just think it may be annoying if someone put a bunch of <img src="http://xx.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?setlang=bo"> on some 3rd party page after ULS gets deployed widely (then users have to change them back manually one by one).

Closing per comment 1. This feature request will not be implemented, as it severely decreases user experience.
