before and after moderation

performing a moderation-action on the permalink-page of feedback destroys the layout:
* overlapping text
* removed grey bar above post

additional: note that after moderation there's the new link "Einzelheiten"/"Details" which is senseless when you are already on that page ;)

Moderation from permalink is incorrectly being identified as moderation from article feedback page.
