In the last one or two days I've seen this error when I try to access https://git.wikimedia.org/
"503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"

On the other hand, the old
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/gitweb?p=operations/mediawiki-config.git;a=tree;f=wmf-config;hb=HEAD
is also inacessible:

Gitweb has been disabled. We're working on mod_rewrite rules.
