Special:Search is currently unusable on test.wikidata.org. If you try to search via this special page, you always get the following error: "An error has occurred while searching: The search backend returned an error: Error opening index."

Because the search indexes haven't been setup yet

https://rt.wikimedia.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=5162 updated to add testwikidatawiki as other new wiki requests are still outstanding

Search should start behaving normally in the next 24 hours or so (if it isn't already)
