Observed in cross browser testing via Opera12 on Windows XP SP3

Confirmed an issue in Opera. Behavior in Opera on OSX is also off, but only wrt to display of the icon; it doesn't disappear.

Noticed that the bug does not happen in screen resolution greater than 1024*768
