Description james 2013-06-13 07:22:24 UTC
/w/api.php?action=query&prop=extracts&format=json&exlimit=10&titles=Bing%20Crosby%20%7C%20Bill%20Cunningham

only returns an extract for the first page.

/w/api.php?action=query&prop=extracts&format=json&exlimit=10&exintro=&titles=Bing%20Crosby%20%7C%20Bill%20Cunningham

With exintro param the call functions as expected.

Due to potential worst-case behavior (whole article parse), you can get only one full extract per request. exlimit > 1 works only with exintro. I've added a warning in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/68401
