I can't replicate this, although of course it is difficult to realistically replicate edit conflicts.

I'm going to speculatively mark this as fixed; we haven't seen any further issues with this and there's no steps to repeat - even when we undertake edit conflicts it still doesn't occur.

Please re-open if you find that it does recur - and if so, any information about how to get it to trigger would be great, of course.
