The search form is on http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/ The error message displayed on http://bugzilla.org/cgi-bin/htsearch This may belong on http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ and if that is the case, close this as invalid and leave me a note and I'll take it there. Also, if that is the case, what version of bugzilla is mw running so I can search the right documentation to find out how to get the "resolution" status from the API.

Yes, we do not host the bugzilla website. As for the version here, look at the bottom of the page? Bugzilla version 4.2.4
Bug reports bout bugzilla.org should go to bugzilla.mozilla.org under "Bugzilla" product. Wikimedia is unrelated to bugzilla.org and is only one user of Bugzilla.
