The mobile.zero.styles and mobile.zero.scripts modules have been loaded despite be not being part of the zero program adding unnecessary css and js to the page.

Change 87271 had a related patch set uploaded by Dr0ptp4kt:
Only load W0 JavaScript and CSS when needed. See bug 49786.
