When logging out from wikipedia, and trying to log in back later on, the user isn't remembered.

I tested this today on Windows 7 with a fresh install of IE10. When I check the "remember me" box when logging in to English Wikipedia, the cookies I get have the correct 30 day expiry length. 

Which Wikipedia are you have this issue on?
