Description Jeroen De Dauw 2013-06-19 14:04:44 UTC
Since yesterday, 2013-06-18, the PHP 5.5 builds of several projects (including Wikibase and SMW) broke on TravisCI. This appears to not be caused by changes in those projects, and the builds are still running with PHP 5.3 and 5.4.

Examples of failing builds:

* Wikibase: https://travis-ci.org/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-Wikibase/jobs/8233895
* Wikibase QueryEngine: https://travis-ci.org/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-WikibaseQueryEngine/builds/8234836
* Semantic MediaWiki: https://travis-ci.org/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-SemanticMediaWiki/builds/8211752

All of these are first creating a MW install using the CLI installer and then running update.php, at which point a db connection error occurs.

This happens for both MySQL and SQLite.

This is no longer occurring, assuming it is fixed.
