Unable to change ownership of files to any service group on nfs

$HOME points to /home/$USER instead of /data/project

You need to set the service group home dir pattern in the project configuration (to /data/project/%u)

I did that, home path is correct in wikitech it doesn't work though

Yeah, I didn't notice this was two issue.  Tweak to puppet pushed which should fix the chown problem.
