kaulen, the bugzilla server, needs a reboot after some upgrades have been installed. let an ops person reboot kaulen after scheduling with the bugmeister and/or announcement has been sent out. not necessary immdiately but would be nice soon

I don't have any preferences when to reboot, and I think we'll survive those 5 minutes of Bugzilla being offline (if all goes well), so I'd say "Just do it and don't do it on a Friday evening before leaving the office". ;)
