Description Jan Gerber 2013-06-25 14:21:02 UTC
due to changes in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/67998/
(https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/67998/4/MwEmbedModules/TimedText/resources/mw.TimedText.js)

playing popup videos sometimes triggers an error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'timedText' of undefined

i.e. playing videos on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:United_States_Education_Program/Courses/Advanced_Media_Studies_(Jennifer_Geigel_Mikulay)

Is it possible to save the element outside of the event handler and avoid the DOM query on every timeupdate, and also avoid the scenario where the ID isn't found?
