ve.init.mw.splitTest.js breaks Ctrl/Shift-clicking on "Edit" tab (and section edit links) by hooking to the 'click' event and preventing default handling regardless of any modifier keys being pressed.

(Reported on [[WP:VPT]], verified by me.)
