See screenshot. The template inspector overlaps not only the document (that would be good - see 50241) - but the toolbar.

Another complaint about this - the editor was using Google Chrome 28.0.1500.63 on Ubuntu 13.04.

This would have been fixed this time last week with the general z-index re-write; sorry for only getting to this now.
