The login form looks kind of weird to me in monobook. Note lack of padding, and weird grey colours.

It also looks like the browser had already filled in the password, eventhough it hadn't.

This isn't altogether particular to FF 3.5, and has more to do with Monobook. Marking as duplicate of the related bug on that point. 

Like I say on 47698, we're open to suggestions or patches for Monobook, but considering the only way to see it is to either A) use a URL parameter or B) set the site skin to Monobook by default, which we no longer do on Wikimedia sites, it's not a big priority for us.
