messages like "wikibase-dispatchstats-intro" are completely unnecessary in the clients.  Seems related to how localisation is done in production, that all the wikibase messages get included.

in my test install, I have lib messages (a few irrelevant) but not dispatch stats and most repo messages not there.

not sure this is something that we can easily fix.

Is this something we really need to fix? (As in is it actually an issue to have it that way?)
