If you hover over two templates without having mouse button exit the two templates, then you are unable to interact with either of the templates until you move your mouse out of the templates.

Made a screencast at http://youtu.be/QCioqhW3IXE to visualize it; though it might be diffcult to know what I'm doing, but I'm clicking on the templates.

I'm going to merge this with bug 50395 as it's the same issue - phantoms are being created at their individually-appropriate size, but interacting with things around them which is a pain.
