"I am seeing the error messgae "Failed to parse (Cannot store math image on filesystem.)" in many articles having math formulas, for example in Positive form [1]."

The page was serverd by mw1161 and the errors went away after purging. There were similar reports on de.wikipedia, but we decided that this was just caused by the outage of the media storage system reported on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Village_pump#Outage.
