Roan has not been able to reproduce this with VE, and parsoid.wmflabs.org/_rt/en/Russkaya_Mysl?oldid=555891306 does not show this issue either.

Maybe bug 50428 is related?

The visualeditor-needcheck tag also suggests that there was an issue in VE round-tripping. Reassigning to VE for investigation.
