See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_v._Windsor right above the 'Dissents' heading. Clear template covers most of quote box.

Covers most of the box appears to be for latest chrome (what I have). Other report below from FF:

http://i.imgur.com/rAJqIsa.png from FF23 (huge, on top of whole quote box and appears to be pushing other content away too)
