Button as it is expected to look like in IE8

On IE8, disabled buttons do not look like expected. The blue does not appear to be lighter, and the "Apply settings" text is a shade of grey. See screenshot in URL.

Expected is that the blue is light blue and the button text is white as in the attached screenshot which was created in Firefox 21.0.
