Headings drop-down text cut off/encroached in Firefox 21 on Linux

The drop-down with Paragraph, Heading, Sub-Heading 1 can get cut off in Firefox 21.  I am on Debian Wheezy.

This is caused by Linux's abnormally-wide fonts failing to follow spec.; it was also reported in bug 54870 and fixed then. Sorry for the slowness of triage. :-(
