The users on sh.wikipedia.org reached a consensus about the need for new user groups (see URL): *Autopatroler *Vraćač *Patroler *Premeštač (In english: "Autopatrolled", "Rollbacker", "Patroller" and "Filemover" The voting was opened for 9 dayas (07.06 - 16.06)and nobody oposed to this. 10 users supported Autopatrolled user group, Patroller and Rollbacker group supported 9 users, File mover supported 8 is users (if we take into account the size of our community) very high support. Note for file mover: $wgGroupPermissions['filemover']['movefile'] = true; $wgGroupPermissions['filemover']['suppressredirect'] = true; Regards!
Who should be able to add and remove users from this group? If I understand correctly, you want administrators and bureaucrats to be able to do both? That'd be highly unusual, but if that's what you want, then I guess I can deal with it :-)

Just to make sure, because I have never seen a request like that before: is there any particular reason why you want both administrators and bureaucrats to be able to add users to that group? I had a look at <https://sh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posebno:Popis_korisnika/bureaucrat> and there are no bureaucrats who are not administrators, so perhaps enabling administrators to add and remove users from that group would suffice? Just askin', I can go ahead and submit a patch anyway.
