Get error 

PHP fatal error in /data/project/apache/common-local/php-master/extensions/Wikibase/client/includes/WikibaseClient.php line 112: 
Class 'ValueParsers\ParserOptions' not found

Must be an issue with Wikibase extension splitting some libraries in misc repositories.  We had a similar issue a couple weeks ago iirc.

So the file  ValueParsers/ValueParsers.classes.php got deleted somehow :(  I have run git reset on the extension and it is working fine now :-)

Verified in Wikidata demo time July 17th
