Description Matthew Flaschen 2013-07-05 20:07:05 UTC
IE 6 requires a space after the first-letter psuedo-element. See http://reference.sitepoint.com/css/pseudoelement-firstletter . The minifier should add this.
Comment 1 db [inactive,noenotif] 2014-08-16 20:06:42 UTC
IE6 javascript support was dropped (Gerrit change #152072)
Comment 2 Bartosz Dziewoński 2014-08-16 20:18:48 UTC
But we still support it (mostly) for CSS.

(If you ask me, the 'mostly' enables us not to care about this particular thing and WONTFIX this… it would have been fixed years ago if anyone wanted to.)
Comment 3 Matthew Flaschen 2014-08-19 04:14:26 UTC
Agreed (even though I filed it). It doesn't make sense to do this for an end of life program.

(Note, JS-loaded CSS will also not be loaded in IE 6, which is a lot, especially for interactive features).
