Regression: Interproject links like [[Commons:Foo]] or [[mw:Bar]] are alienated now.

It is still possible to add a interproject link. But existing interproject links, see URL, are alienated now and cannot be edited.

I don't think editing interwiki links was ever possible, per bug 49316.
