http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:AbuseLog/18673 - there is no filter 0, and I'm sure it was due to hitting local filter 22 (the only blocking filter that fits that edit). I'm suspecting this has something to do with global abuse filter, because the same user hit global filter 72 as well, almost if not at the same time.

This filter hit wasn't a false positive, but this could render a false positive entry useless in terms of troubleshooting the filter that caused it.

Has been fixed with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/72716 (which we already deployed due to the importance)
