Currently, the only part of
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter?uselang=qqx
we are not able to translate is the description of each filter.

This should also be possible. A possible approach would be to use messages such as [[MediaWiki:abusefilter-description-N]], and use the filter number instead of "N". Then the users could use /lang subpages for translation.
