Try to add image to http://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/29er_(%D0%B2%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%BE%D1%81%D0%B8%D0%BF%D0%B5%D0%B4) 

It suggests no images for article "29er (велосипед)", but it will if you search by Commonscat template parameter or english interwiki

I think doing this via Wikidata identity would be a better way forward.
