As title. 

Searching for what links to Namespace:Title in Namespace may return Namespace:OtherTitle1/Subpage, Namespace:OtherTitle2/Subpage, etc., making it difficult to find top-level pages only.

* "Applicable namespaces" == namespaces where subpages are enabled. However I would word the option simply as "Don't include subpages".

What is the use case?

Also, when you say "not include subpages", do you mean exclude them completely or list them under their respective parent pages?

I'm afraid that I don't recall the situation that lead to me filing this bug - sorry folks! The description reminds me that I was searching for links to something in a namespace, and it produced lots of subpages in the results, but what that was I don't know, and can't immediately reproduce it.

I'm happy for this bug to be WONTFIXed. :)
