STEPS:
1. Go to https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/34429/
2. For Patch Set 3, try to click the three "Side-by-Side" or "Unified" links for each single file. Or the filenames.

OUTCOME:
Only the "Commit message" one works. 
"RELEASE-NOTES-1.21" and "languages/messages/MessagesEs.php" do not open.

Firefox creates "Unresponsive script" warning for https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/gerrit_ui/CE32FE3F654E6009856FA4BB48E81F37.cache.html:4995

I tried with Opera 12.15 and Firefox 18, both fail.

FWIW, i18n files have always been something of an edge case...they're very large in most cases.

Currently: all WFM in Chrome (29.something). Firefox, I think this might be a dupe...bug 35860 or bug 45267?

Opera and Gerrit have never gotten along. See bug 36095.
