Add a replacement for the transclusion count service which used to exist on the tool server and is linked from Special:WhatLinksHere eg http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:Br_separated_entries

This is a community-developed tool and there is no reason why the Tool Labs maintainers should be developing a replacement. 

Perhaps get in contact with jarry and urge him to migrate his own tool.
